For Amazon Sellers
Trademark protection for e-commerce brands.
Solace Law files U.S. trademark applications for Amazon and online marketplace sellers, so you can protect your brand and apply for Amazon Brand Registry while your application is pending.
Amazon Brand Registry
Amazon Brand Registry requires a trademark. A pending U.S. trademark application can be enough to apply.
Amazon Brand Registry is Amazon's program for brand owners. Enrolled brands get tools to help protect their listings, report suspected infringement, and build their brand on Amazon. To enroll, a brand needs a registered trademark or a pending trademark application.
How It Works
From your U.S. filing to your Brand Registry application.
When your application is on file, you can use its serial number to apply for Amazon Brand Registry yourself.
We file your trademark
We prepare and file your U.S. trademark application with the USPTO as your attorney of record.
You get a serial number
The USPTO gives your pending application a serial number right after filing.
You apply to Brand Registry
You start your own Amazon Brand Registry application using your pending serial number.
We send your verification code
Amazon sends a verification code to the attorney of record. We pass it to you so you can complete your Brand Registry application.
Please note: Solace Law's role is limited to your U.S. trademark application and to providing you with the Amazon Brand Registry verification code we receive as your attorney of record. You apply for Amazon Brand Registry on your own. We are not involved in Amazon's review, and we cannot unilaterally guarantee that Amazon will accept your brand into Brand Registry. Acceptance is decided solely by Amazon.

Questions
Common questions from Amazon sellers.
Do I need a registered trademark to join Amazon Brand Registry?
No. You can apply for Amazon Brand Registry with a pending trademark application. Once your application is filed, you can use its serial number to apply.
Will you apply for Amazon Brand Registry for me?
No. You apply for Amazon Brand Registry on your own. When Amazon sends the verification code to us as your attorney of record, we forward it to you so you can complete your application.
Can you guarantee that Amazon will accept my brand?
No. Amazon alone decides who is accepted into Brand Registry. We are not involved in that review and cannot unilaterally guarantee acceptance.
I sell on Amazon from outside the United States. Can you help?
Yes. The USPTO requires applicants domiciled outside the United States to be represented by a U.S.-licensed attorney, and we represent foreign filers. Learn more for foreign filers.
