Our Founder, Kyle Scudiere, Esq., is a born litigator who utilizes social and psychological sciences to fuel legal advocacy and personally handles or oversees all Solace Law clients.
A native of New York, Mr. Scudiere received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology from the Currell Collage of Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina at Columbia. Among academic achievement, Mr. Scudiere worked with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and consulted in police officer training protocols and risk management. Additionally, Mr. Scudiere was the first person to design and implement an intensive immersion program with the State University of New York, which allowed confidential access to the Staffordshire Police Department in Stafford, England. While there, Mr. Scudiere worked with the crime prevention unit, Interpol, Scotland Yard and was an invited guest by Prince Philip at St. James Palace in recognition of law enforcement charitable contributions for the region.
Following undergraduate training, Mr. Scudiere received his Juris Doctorate in Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Among academic achievement, Mr. Scudiere was appointed as a mediator for the Juvenile Detention Center and the San Diego Superior Court and mediated dozens of inmate disputes as well as small and limited claim suits. Thereafter, Mr. Scudiere was certified by the State Bar of California to represent indigent individuals in trial on behalf of the Office of the Alternate Public Defender for charges including first degree murder, rape and strong-arm robbery.
Prior to forming Solace Law, Mr. Scudiere honed his civil litigation skills in several top firms in New York City, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Mr. Scudiere was also Chief Executive Officer for Fluent Resolutions, LLC., a private alternative dispute resolution service provider.
A colorful pallet of experience, emphasizing sociological, psychological and legal paradigms, provides Mr. Scudiere with a unique ability to hone in on the essence of a dispute and zealously advocate the client’s goals and objectives.
